- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details

- Basic, aggregated site-usage statistics
- Cookie and device identifiers (see Section 5)

4. Sharing Your Information

- Stripe — secure payment processing and fraud prevention
- Fulfilment and logistics partners — we share your name and shipping address so your order can be packed, shipped, and delivered
- Brevo — sending transactional and (with consent) marketing email
- Cloudflare — site delivery, security, and aggregated traffic statistics
- Meta — ad measurement via the Meta Pixel; in the EEA, UK and Switzerland only with your consent (see our Cookie Settings)
These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the specified purposes. We may also disclose data where required by law.

- Order data is kept as long as required by tax and accounting regulations
- Marketing preferences are retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
- Support messages are deleted after 2 years
- Usage statistics are retained in aggregated, anonymised form
